- Over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, having worked with Syntex Inc./Hoffman-La Roche, DuPont Merck/BMS Pharmaceuticals in the USA, and Aizant in India.
- Key contributor to the USFDA collaboration program for training USFDA chemists and investigators.
- Founding member of the advanced development and manufacturing practices consortium (USFDA/MIT/Purdue University and Industry).
- Advocate for Quality by Design (QbD) and Process Analytical Technology (PAT) in the healthcare sector.
- Speaker at international scientific conferences.
Dr. Vijay Kumar Raina President, Clinical Operations
- Over 30 years of experience in Clinical Bioanalytical and Analytical Research.
- Previously with Nektar Therapeutics (USA), Sun Pharma Advanced Research Centre, and Malti-Chem Research Centre.
- Expert in developing bioanalytical assays for small and large molecules and establishing innovative lab techniques.
- Known for leading complex clinical trials, including dermal, inhalation, and complex dosage form studies.
- A strong advocate for ethical business practices and quality standards in clinical trials.
Dr. Santanu De Chief Growth Officer
- Over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a unique blend of scientific and legal expertise, holding a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry and an LLB from the University of Delhi.
- Has held leadership positions at prominent pharmaceutical companies, driving business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Expertise spans business development, intellectual property strategy, and chemical research.
- Managed global product pipelines, IP litigation strategies, and developed cost-effective API production processes.

Ramesh Babu M Vice President – Quality
- Over 25 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Successfully led over 100 global regulatory inspections, securing approvals from USFDA, UK MHRA, and WHO Geneva.
- Instrumental in setting up facilities for CMO, CRO, and CDO verticals.
- Leads a 150+ strong team in quality assurance, control, and regulatory affairs.
Dr. Hari Raghu Ram Desu Director & Head of Complex Products
- Over 20 years of experience in developing both generic and innovative complex products.
- Previous roles include Dr. Reddy’s, InnoPharma (Pfizer, USA), and Plough Center (USA).
- Extensive work on small molecule-based APIs, biologics (peptides, proteins, antibodies), and drug-device combinations.
- Holds a Ph.D. in Drug Design and Pharmaceutics from the University of Tennessee, Memphis, USA.
- Published research in international journals and co-authoredbook chapters.
Chakrapani Majumdar President – Clinical & BA/BE Operations
- M. Pharm (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Analysis and Biostatistics) with 25 years of experience in Clinical Operations and Quality within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Worked with leading organizations including Lambda Therapeutic Research, Veeda Clinical Research, Zydus Cadila, Ranbaxy, and Novartis.
- Contributed extensively to BA/BE studies, Phase I–IV clinical trials, Clinical Data Management (CDM), and enterprise-level digitalization initiatives.
- Facilitated nearly 100 regulatory inspections (USFDA, WHO, UK-MHRA, ANVISA, ANSM, GCC, NPRA, AGES, MCC, and others) and supported over 900 customer audits.
- Supported clinical studies on generics, complex generics, and biosimilars.
- Played integral role in mergers, acquisitions and process integrations across the UK, USA, EU, Malaysia, and India.
- Instrumental in successfully handling turnkey projects within the CRO industry.
