Aizant’s API R&D centre spans 166,374 sq. ft., purpose-built to drive innovation in active pharmaceutical ingredient (API) development. State-of-the-Art Infrastructure
The facility features advanced chemical and analytical laboratories equipped to handle complex synthesis and detailed testing. With high-pressure autoclaves, cryogenic reactors, parallel synthesis stations, and tools like HPLC, GC, UV, IR, and wet chemistry setups, the labs provide a seamless environment for innovation, supporting a smooth progression from discovery to scalable process development.
Oncology & HPAPI Suite
The dedicated high-containment suite is designed for the safe handling of OEB 4 and 5 molecules, with isolator technology maintaining exposure limits as low as 0.1 μg/m³. It enables the precise and reliable development of highly potent oncology APIs, ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and smooth transition from discovery to scalable process development.


Non-GMP Kilo Lab
The Non-GMP kilo lab provides a vital bridge between bench-scale chemistry and large-scale production. Designed for flexibility, it supports feasibility studies, process optimization, and pilot operations, allowing teams to refine methods before entering GMP environments. This step minimizes risks, shortens timelines, and ensures smoother scale-up.
